That look

I thought these were some very interesting eyes!

*****

We went to a fundraising event at the Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary, a 400-acre nonprofit refuge in Poolesville, Maryland, that offers care, rehabilitation and permanent sanctuary for neglected, abused or abandoned farm animals as well as providing a protected habitat for wildlife. I was amazed at how many people attended -- it was packed -- and everybody had fun, listening to music, eating vegetarian food and most of all, visiting with the farm animal residents of the sanctuary.

Goat eyes are a bit disconcerting for me, but I love the personality and antics. V

I think more than just the eyes were interesting, the whole face is. That said, the photo is great.

Oh my! What an appealing pose! V. You know when I check out your images I never know whether you've taken them with the Sony or the Nikon! I think that's a good thing!
