9/11 Gallery

The 9/11 Gallery sponsored by Comcast is a sobering exhibit, with photographs accompanied by the AP news alerts issued on that day, newspaper front pages from around the country and the broadcast antenna that once stood atop the World Trade Center, part of which can be seen here.

a remnant of the most gruesome attacks that have been there, I see the images come all the way over in thought as if it was yesterday, hopefully it will never happen again, just a great image Helen BV

Sobering indeed. I did not know they recovered that. I wonder if the exhibit had any newspapers from other countries. I was in Kyoto when it happened and if I had my mind more together should have purchased the newspaper there where the front page had a picture of the second plane hitting and huge letters that looked like something from a Gozilla movie. ~V~

9/11 was one of those days that I think we all remember vividly and we remember exactly what we were doing, seared into our minds and memory forever. This is a sombre exhibit. V

A sad reminder on that black day. I still remember were I was and what I was Doing. The world changed dramatic that day and it is still getting worse.
