Titanic museum

This is the Titanic museum, the most popular attraction in Pigeon Forge, according to TripAdvisor. It is built half-scale to the original ship. Needless to say, we didn’t go in, but it sure made an interesting sight on the road. There is an iceberg to the left of the hull, just barely visible here, and water spouts up around the bow.

I would recommend the Titanic Museum in Belfast, where it was built; more authentic, I suspect!

I never heard of this either. I don't think it was there when I visited Pigeon Forge. Does seem an odd place for it......V

am struggling to find a connection between Tennessee and Titanic...the iceberg seems almost macabre too...amazing what entrepreneurs will come up with..

I 'm looking for Leonardo and Kate. I suppose they had other things on their mind.

Yes, we have driven past the sinking Titanic many times. Most of the times there was too much traffic to stop.

Great capture of something I never knew existed. Sometime in the future, I am supposed to go there for a car show, so it's good to know what else is there. ~V~
