These food trucks are everywhere in Washington. Taken in front of the National Museum of African American History and Culture. That’s the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the background. Interestingly, their flag was flown at half mast the other day, although there was no official reason for it, and no other government buildings were flying their flags at half mast. I think it was because they fear being gutted by the new administration. They have reason to worry.
