I slipped away from work for a few hours on Thursday to revisit this exhibit since I realized I had missed a lot of displays. What a difference a weekday afternoon makes! There were no crowds until I was leaving, and I was able to walk right in rather than waiting in the cold for an hour. It seemed lighter in the gallery, yet still, pretty dark for pictures, and I found that the exhibits I didn’t photograph before were the more challenging or hard to access ones. I’ll be posting a number of new pictures, the majority of them fairly quickly.

Another “porthole” picture taken in a space made for three-year-olds. This may not look like much, but it was very well done. The canon would go off with a shimmer of gold, and then the flag would light up in the distance. It probably was sharper in person ;-).
