The dragon boat races were delayed for about 10 minutes while the Hawthorne Bridge was raised for a tall sailboat to pass under it. The finish flags are waiting for a winner to grab one of them.

This will be the end of the Portland Festival & Parade gallery. The whole event turned out to be much better than I ever expected, and I’m glad we went. Thanks so much for the comments and votes! Back now to Oregon pictures, and then even further back to Saudi captures if I run out of those.
