Misting the air (2)

These misters are quite common, used so people will feel cooler. This one is located at the entrance to a shopping mall parking garage.

I have seen them used a lot in Las Vegas. They really don't seem to help much.

They use these misters at outdoor events here in Texas where the heat can make people sick. Usually find them at big venues, concerts, fairs and such. V
