A taste of the holidays

A painful memory of the turkey that attacked my big toe, except that was an American Butterball turkey and frozen. Turkey is not such a popular meat in this part of the world, but they are available. These are imported from Belgium and are halal, slaughtered according to Islamic law.

Got a very late start with Pbase today as I had to see the surgeon (he was an hour late) in the morning, then we went in search of new pictures but didn’t find all that many. The good news is that I don’t have to go back for two weeks instead of one week!

I am glad you don't have to go back so soon. I would be afraid to ever cook a turkey again (well I have never cooked one before). Very interesting capture. V
