Lopsided

The building really was sloping like this. It was hard to tell when processing this image what was distortion and what was real.

Great capture. I would be a little scared to live in such a place since I doubt it is structurally too sound. But I guess if it is a place with no earthquakes, then it is doable. ~V~

The lean is certainly alarming - love this shot of what looks like a quiet, cool, corner with a splash of red and the ancient looking tree V

Excellent composition, Helen. That certainly is a real sloping given what you saw and it's location in the image. It is an intriguing structural finding, with the bottom part not showing obvious "settling" as often happens over time. I like the foreground tree. V.
