This is Al Manahil, translated as “fountain” and described on their site as an “oasis for women.” We didn’t know what it was when we saw it and couldn’t figure out what all the cars were doing in the parking lot with engines idling and men in them, but later it became clear that they were the women’s drivers, waiting to take them home.
