Tuschinski Theater

This cinema and variety theater opened in 1921 and is an exotic blend of Art Deco, Art Noveau and Amsterdam School architecture. The interior is said to be incredible, but it wasn't open when we were there. This building was stunning but was very difficult to photograph well due to a narrow street, myriad wires and the sun in the wrong place. I looked online to link to a better image, but in all honesty I can't find any good ones, although I'm sure they must exist somewhere!

Magnificent entrance of the theater. I find it a good photo despite the difficult angle.
