The new breed of tourist, Small Hungarian Plain

Previously, the Japanese had a reputation for traveling a lot, and one could always count on seeing them taking pictures at tourist spots. But these days, at literally every place we have traveled to in Europe, it's been the Chinese who we encounter, in very large numbers.

The dancers being photographed are the ones in this performance:

Nikon D800 ,Nikkor AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8G ED
1/160s f/9.0 at 48.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

It's the same here, more and more Chinese tourists.
An excellent capture.
( I wish I could plait my grandaughter's hair like theirs :-))

A tourist's dream to photograph these colorfully clad dancers and the musicians in action. A charming capture, Helen!

Makes sense. It seems most of everything is imported from China. Has to be a lot of money going there.

Good work Helen, and I know what you mean. 25-30 years ago you'd meet Japanese tourist in a group, with one in tex carrying the tripod. V
