Yes. It looks like something I'd find here in Mexico. I noticed in the Czech Republic that many Turkish snack bars had what they called tortillas. Ingredients that traditionally stuffed into a pita are wrapped in flour tortillas. Transatlantic fusion.

Part of the enjoyment of travelling is to try new foods, and street food stalls are often the nicest, but usually messy to eat. All that cheese sauce over the camera :)
