Langos wood-fired oven

I always love to watch them bake langos in these wood-burning ovens. For the finished product (our dinner!), see previous picture http://www.pbase.com/image/147572291. Langos is a delicious concoction of bread topped with onions, sour cream and cheese, often with ham or bacon. I sure don't know how they manage to transport and set up these ovens everywhere, though.

Nice shot of this wood fired oven. Great sharp details and I like the look of the flames. "V"
They have this in Hesse too, it's called Zwiebelsploatz. The poor used to eat this.

Helen, really neat image. It reminds somewhat of New Mexico. The bread look really great. I am glad that I not over there. I am on a diet. I need to lose some weight, this bread would not help. I really like how you frame the oven and the wood. V.

I like the shape of the oven. Actually I think it looks like a helmet worn by the old knights. V

Seems a bit like a small wood fired pizza oven.
