This commemorates all the people who died fighting against the popular uprising of 1956. Not a very popular memorial here, I would say.

What an interesting memorial. The faceless figures are rather sobering, but nonetheless, an effective memorial and a terrific shot. V

Thanks for sharing. I find it interesting they have no faces. Except the top two have mouths, and they are very sternly turned down.

Indeed, today no a popular memorial. But it represents an age that we and ouer descendents must remember. V
