Back to the beginning and the end

This is where I started my adventure with this beautiful church, so this is where I'll end it. It wasn't until I looked closely at this image that I realized the dome on the left was a different shape and pattern from the rest. I also realized that I never could get all the domes in any one picture, despite my many attempts. There should be one more, six in total, but one was always hidden no matter where I was.

Thanks for all the great support! I'm grateful that this little gallery with so many pictures of the same thing (!) has been enjoyable to look at. And definitely, when in Vienna, it's worth a visit, even if you don't stay at the hotel next door. It's not all that far from the main part of town, maybe 10 blocks.

only through attaining enlightenment would one be able to view all the domes from the same perspective.

Could you have had a more perfect sky?

Oh, a five pointer. Well seen and taken Helen. Great contrast between the beauty of the spites and that of the cloudy sky. V+
