We had just looked at the Royal Drama Theatre when I saw the boulevard it was on stretching off into the distance lined with incredible houses. We went one block, then another, and another (because I simply couldn't stop ;-)), and finally ended up on the island of Djurgården, the home of several famous museums. The boulevard also runs along the water, so the sea view was superb as well, especially on such a spectacular afternoon.
This picture was taken on a tram island on a very busy street, but I was truly amazed when a truck driver, of all people, stopped to let me finish taking my picture. It happened again with a taxi; I've never seen such consideration anywhere else in the world.
