Pilies Street is one of the main areas in the Old Town, filled with sidewalk cafes, souvenir shops mainly selling amber, lovely architecture and street performers and vendors. This was taken in the morning, so is pretty quiet, but as the day wears on, the crowds and activities increase.

The orange building was our hotel, a place of accommodation since the 15th-16th century.
