We had just walked from our hotel, all around Kazimierz with its Jewish Quarter and many churches, and finally came to the Vistula River. I saw this fantastic church off in the distance, but the guidebook didn't go that far and we couldn't figure out what it was. It was too far to walk at that point, but I knew we were missing something good. On our way out of town back to Budapest the next week, my husband remembered and we found the church by car. It was St. Joseph's, and was indeed lovely.
