Visegrád Citadel (1259)

Built on a 350-meter-high hill in the 13th century by King Bela IV, this used to be one of the finest castles in Hungary. It also housed the Hungarian royal jewels until 1440 and again before the Turkish occupation. Its outer walls are intact, and the view over the Danube and surrounding countryside is spectacular.

Beautiful ruins! V
Do I still see an intact building on the left? Where are they housing the royal jewels now?
