Winter (finally) comes to Budapest

We haven't had any snow all winter, until today, Feb. 4. It snowed all day, and more is expected tomorrow. Temperatures are frigid (to me, anyway, being from San Francisco), -11 C today and forecast to be as low as -22 C next week.
