SÁROSPATAK, apartment building

I quite liked this building, which is described by "Eyewitness Travel Hungary" as "Built in 1972, the four-storey buildings form a series of interlinking white towers, all leaning slightly forwards and topped with steep brown roofs -- a modern interpretation of Árpád tents." More information on Makovecz can be found here http://www.makovecz.hu/main.html (look under Most Important Projects)

LATER NOTE: There seems to be some question as to whether or not this apartment building was designed by Makovecz. Two out of three tourbooks attribute it to him, but a book on organic architecture does not. I suspect it wasn't his, although he did design part of the accompanying complex. Need to do more research before I write anything definitive.

Thanks to Isabel and William, who both helped me with trying to get rid of an obnoxious wire in the sky. For some reason what I was doing wasn't working. Hopefully now it's gone, more or less!

Love this unusual architecture. Although I am a fan of old buildings in general, something modern like this, built with a sense of the creative, is wonderful! I wish more modern buildings were interesting instead of box-like. V

This is a fanciful design. I sent the instructions in an email. Isabel's look a bit different. There are many ways to skin the cat

More on instructions - after your non-feathered selection - use the polyagonal tool for this one - go to edit/fill/content aware fill. (I went back to PS to check my instructions!)
