This is the second oldest underground railway in the world, after the London Underground, and the first on the European continent. I'd like to get a shot of one of the wooden carriages at some point, but after much waiting this was all I could manage. The stations, also, on this line are quite interesting but simply not the easiest things to photograph. This image is just for fun; I had to post something after haunting the various stations for so long ;-).
