Hello,

I would just like to say that this house belonged to my husband Great Aunt - her name was Bertha Looker, who entertained guests from around the world before she passed away at the age of 101. My husband and I would love to see the inside today...that would be wonderful! We do have old photographs of the inside, and actually still use some furniture that belonged to her. Ms Looker's childhood home was at 29 th and R Street, across from Oak Hill Cemetery.
