Christchurch is my favourite New Zealand city so far. We were there just as the Lions and their entourage hit town. The atmosphere was building but sadly it was time to leave before the first Test match (maybe that's not such a bad thing as it was such a dismal game!) As you will see, Christchurch has some terrific buildings and fountains. There is one fountain I am particularly taken with, so please excuse the multiple shots!
