comparisons

A cluttered photo, but intended to show the dramatic difference between the unfinished and nearly
completed finishing on the cases. The small system unit enclosure in the back is natural wood.

The cases will be allowed to dry overnight and then sanded lightly tomorrow, followed by one last
coat of finish. After that they will cure for a bit and then be rubbed with paste wax.

The back ordered sheets of plywood arrived today. Work will begin on the tables this weekend.

I love the depth of tone the wood is developing -- honeyed and warm, popping that grain....so beautiful. And so alive! You're amazing, Dave! v.

You do work for a Government worker! :-) I'll bet you can't wait to use it!

Looking gorgeous! How do you control the dust particles in the finish?
