A walk on the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges

Saturday we had brunch at the Gramercy Tavern preceded by a walk through Chelsea. After brunch, we decided to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. By the time we reached Brooklyn, we had decided to return by walking back on the Manhattan bridge rather than just take a boring subway ride. The contrast in views is interesting. The only downside was that the train noise on the Manhattan bridge eventually gave us a headache.
