One of the gates to the famed Churchill Downs. This was just before the 10 mile mark in the race. The neighborhood nearby this gate was very seedy - lots of run down looking characters in tattered overcoats hanging out in doorways with that faraway look of "Today is gonna be my day" in their eyes.
