MAGAZINES FROM EL DIABLO!

Tasteless and captivating at the same time ( ok, maybe only to those of us with this sort of bent), Eerie publications put out a range of these magazines for about 20 years. They had a lot of pre comic-code horror reprints in them as well as an occasional newer story by Dick Ayers and others.
I particularly love the many cover variations utilizing the same art.

Can't say I remember these particular covers but I grew up craving those original EC's that Bill Gaines put out under various titles in the 50's. The scarier and more gruesome the better. I've been working at the San Diego Comic Con for several years and have met quite a few of the original artists. I'll have to post some photos of them sometime. Always enjoy seeing cover art.
