Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport



Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport is the largest and busiest airport in the five state upper Midwest region (Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, Wisconsin and North Dakota). Regardless of regional boundaries MSP is the sixteenth busiest airport in the world as measured by daily passenger traffic. Trivia fact: The 1970 disaster movie Airport was partially filmed at MSP, with MSP standing in for Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.


On the north side of the airport is the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Air Reserve Station operating C-130 aircraft.
