A shoe resoler in the souq of Damascus. Some of the
scenes you see in the souqs of the middle east are
really eye opening. Something as subtle as this one,
where this is unheard of in most of the west. Hell,
you just toss the shoes, go to the mall, and buy a
new pair. These guys though, they know how to make
things last, and are especially adept at doing it
very well, providing good value and supporting
themselves all the while.
