Basically cassava ground to a powder, mixed with water, and than steamed in plastic bags.
Cassava is a potatoe / root like vegetable and is a staple of the diet in alot of
West Africa. It's not bad, but when eaten day in and day out it doesn't provide alot
of the vitamins needed. If your looking through my photos notice alot of the kids have a
receding hairline, which is a sure sign of malnourishment or lack of certain vitamins and
minerals.
...and I know, messed up on the eyes on this one.
