I'm pretty tired of all these meaningless comparison photos with a blurred image of a fat sad person on the left and a razor sharp image to the right with a smiling person who shows how the person lost weight with some Ab-machine or some expensive pills. Anyway, the fat pig on the left is what I looked like in summer 2011. I started at the end of December 2011 using the Dukan diet method that I first took quite seriously, but after a few months I started to apply other variants of LCHP, (LowCarbHighProtein) sometimes LCHF but always LC (LowCarb) and GI. The picture shows what happened in exactly five months, From 117 to 97 kg (258 lbs - 214 lbs) = -20 kg or -44 lbs. I hope to reach my goal weight 80-85 kg (176 - 187 lbs) before the end of 2012. If I had confined myself strictly to the diet, I had lost more weight, but I do not want to be completely asocial and always say no when I'm invited for coffee and cake.
