The two Owlets were seen together several times the past week in the Willow trees along the Ottawa River at the north end of the park. Previously they generally resided at the south end of the park, not too far from the nest tree located near the south end of the small lake in the park. The past few times that I have seen them, mother didn't appear to be near. I suspect that they are now largely on their own and are finding some good hunting along the river. Presently, both Owlets were located on separate branches of the same tree.
