"NO! I'm not posing today."
I've had this Buck in my sights for several years now. It was seriously wounded in the Fall of 2010, probably from an arrow passing through its body just below its spine. The exit wound remained open and was exuding puss for about a year and a half as there was probably some foreign material still embedded. Constant licking of the wound seems to have paid off as it now has fully recovered and it is now the dominant Buck in the herd. It probably sired most of this years Fawns.
