Hi Hank ~ me again! Richard just reminded me to tell you the outcome of our GHO ! Richard brought him to the farm where I was waiting to see him. He made the trip fine in a recycle box with cardboard taped over top. Richard took him out of the truck and onto the grass, took off the cardboard top and the GHO peeked up at us with his huge magnificent eyes. Richard told him to fly away, and he hissed at us in response. Richard then tipped the box sideways, and he made an absolutely GLORIOUS flight, low across the field, over the tip of the pond and into the trees. We did not see him again last evening, but hope to see him (or hear from him) again as we hope he likes his new home and will stay ! Regards, Jacquie

Hi Hank, I hope you got the shots you were looking for today of the Northern Hawk Owl. I can't wait to see them if you post them in your gallery. My sisters camera didn't give us a very good shot!
