Hand Painting Photographs

I have started a new class on painting photographs at Perfect Picture School of Photography (PPSOP) http://www.ppsop.com It is a four-week class and so I will have four sets of photos to upload. We will see what I learn.

Week 1: A shooting assignment and a looking through old images for those that might work in this class.

Week 2: Image transfers using slick paper to print on and watercolor paper as the receptor. We also did faux transfers using Photoshop or other image editing tools (color theory and artistic borders).

Week 3: Methods of creating artful digital photographs.

NEWEST IMAGES at the top are from a workshop in Santa Fe, NM USA with Jill Enfield on digital infrared and handpainting of inkjet images.
