I like the composition, the stance of the gamblers, color and light.
Though, I feel it was treated in PS to get a soft focus effect or sort of painting effect.
IMO, I would rather prefer sharp focus on the gamblers and DOF to blur the background.
Opinions, indeed, but as it is I consider a great picture.
