Last (test) shot for this canola season at Maroona as I wait for 9712 again (which is late, and I wont photograph).

There is only a small patch of 'yellow' canola left at Vite Vite, although the wheat crops are still green. No rain in several weeks and a bit of hot weather has pretty much killed off the crops west of Ararat (?), but the Sth West from Berrybank to Tatyoon survived well.

I did 9 trips to Ararat for a meagre amount of shots...depending on train running and weather and luck. With 9712 not showing here, that's it for the 2008 Season. Off to Ararat for petrol and KFC, then the 3 hour drive home, after the 3am departure this morning !
