William will be 3 years old this month (2005). He loves to play with cameras, especially older mechanical cameras that requires winding the film. His favourite camera is the Canon AT-1, and my Canon 10D, although most pictures he took with a Canon A40 compact digital camera. Of course, he does not understand what composition is. He just likes to point and shoot. Sometimes there are some surprisingly good pictures...
These pictures are hilarious :-) Just convinced me to get a simple digital camera to my son.

The two pictures that your son William took are terrific. It is interesting to see photographs from a young child's point of view. It would be very difficult for an adult to get the same kind of pictures. Ever better, try to place some of the pictures into a book.
It is interesting that your son like an all manual camera. Though I have a Pentax ZX-5N SLR. I still have a Pentax K1000 manual everyting camera that is still in good working order and it still takes good picture without all of the bells and whistles. No whirs from motors, just a ratcheting from the wind lever and a click from the shutter and a light clop from the reflex mirror. I wish my mother's 1956 Zeiss Contina was still in wroking order since it was a simple scale focus camera, but it would still make a great display piece as the outside is still in very good condition.
