There is no doubt that the Canon EF 50mm F1.4 is better in pretty much all aspects. Consistent colour, contrast, and sharpness and for the money, it really should be. The others, especially the Yashica, which really suprised me, as most people praise the Takumars and Carl Zeiss Jenas, but you would hardly hear much about Yashica when it comes to screw mounts. Well, facts speaks louder than words.
