Between 1209 Queen Street East, where I live, and 378 Queen Street West, where I work, is a diverse, rich, and interesting cultral and social segment of the City of Toronto. I have been through this section of the city almost every weekday, mostly on bike, and never gave it much thought until one day it occurred to me that I spent the last decade of my life in this area. So I started taking pictures of the more interesting buildings, landmarks and stores. These pictures are by no means artistic and they are just snap shots, and in no particular order. I add pictures and comments to each picture as I find more informtion about them. So check back once in a while for updates.

Hello Yu-Lin Chan, I'm doing some research about real estate in the building at 1209 Queen, Marigold Gardens. I wondering if you can help me out and let me know if the building has any amenities like bicycle lockers, parking, pools or anything else. Thank You in advance! Loved this gallery. I spent many hours riding the Queen car from Sunnyside to Woodbine in the late 50's. Looking forward to a Queen W gallery! Very impressed with your use of lenses.

Great shots! This is my old neighbourhood and your photos bring back a lot of happy and crazy memories. I lived for almost 10 years on Queen above Henry's. Do you have any shots of the building?

Very nice pictures. Some with very intersting compositions, shot from unusual angles. Living on the same city we're all bounded to shoot sometimes same places. But each one of us has his own view and that's why I love your photos.
