The same bird as in the next image

This is a Lesser Black-backed, but is this a 4cy bird?

Exactly Jan. I mean that the white mirror indicates an older individual (4cy or older) and this combined with leg colour and bill (which indicates a younger bird), would point to a 4cy bird. Because of the white mirror, doesn't this bird has to be a 4cy+ bird? Or are there any records when second generation P10 shows a white mirror?

Indicate an older individual because of the mirror you mean. Well perhaps so, thought the pattern on the far wing was not so clear, so making judgement on the tiny white tip on the older primary and non on the rest together with bill pattern. Might be an older than 3cy, perhaps 4cy when mirror coluld be more clearly developed. Difficult to age is LBBG, but the not yet fully grown primaries might indicate an older individual a this time of year.
Variation is to be considered.

What about the white mirror on the outer unmoulted primary (seen in left wing)? Shouldn't the mirror combined with the legs and bill indicate a 4cy bird?

Probably a 3cy type with the same reasons as on the last bird here. Less advanced primary moulr, reached p6 as it looks.
