I installed in '08 and have had to clean it every year, but it is the uneven fading of the boards that is an issue for me. Does anyone know how to file a waranty claim?

I installed correct deck with a 3/16 space between the boards and after 4 years there is no longer a space between the boards. Not happy the way it looks and the finish is awful looking. The cost was very hi for all 3 decks {16'X20'} . So i am stuck with this !! Bill Bertrand Harwich Port , Mass.

PS. The deck on the photo is installed incorectly because there should always be a gap between the boards, and there are special spaces provided for.
