My wife and I live in Waynesville, Ohio, and I just rode past this old covered bridge a week or so ago. There are so few of these orignal covered bridges left in the area, is there any petitions going around to get the state or federal government involved in saving them? I have seen a lot of money put into a new covered bridge on Middletown Road in Wayne township, but these old 100+ year old bridges need the most love, or they will not be here much longer.
