Snow at the Oregon Coast

We had an unsual cold spell in Oregon this January 2007. It produced snow and ice in the Coast Range and all the way out to the Beach. This made for some unusual photo opportunities....
We spent the Martin Luther King weekend in Oceanside. Drove from Portland along the Wilson River to Tillamook and then to Oceanside.

I love the pale colors of the snowy woods shots. Lots of nice captures here, definitely shows the globe hasn't completely warmed up yet!
