 Early morning kangaroo surprise |
Time to leave and head for the hills. |
Roo - the first surprise sighting. |
 He's up and away. |
Stopping to look back - quite a large kangaroo. |
 He's not stopping now. |
The fence jump - Tom was jiggling the lead as I tried to get the camera up. |
 Old Man Roo |
Big old roo - from the track, on our way out. |
Still there when on our way back & checking us out - fortunately dogs on lead |
He's off as we walked closer |
Up, over & away. bad shot as there were 4 Greys on lead making things difficult |
 Up and away! |
 Ready to go. |
I've been spotted! Two bachelor outcasts. |
Gangly young buck kangaroo - unaware I'd sneaked up on him |
He realises something looks different |
 He's having a close look |
 I haven't moved, but he's uneasy |
He's still not quite sure what to do. |
He's decided to move away |
Walking away, using his tail to help |
His little friend isn't quite sure what the problem is. |
It's safer to leave. He's quite capable of leaping the fence, but has taken the easy way out. |
A fine young buck Kangaroo. His does hopped away but he stayed to check us out. |
It feels safer over here. |
 I don't think we'll stay either, so they didn't. |
Wonder why the others are leaving? |
Here come another lot, under the fence. |
She's decided it seems a little unsafe. |
Mum's not too sure that it's safe. |
What's Mum going to do? |
