Williams & Griffin redevelopment site in Colchester

The huge tower crane at the Williams & Griffin redevelopment site in Colchester relocation.
The tower crane had to be relocated now that the steel frame of the new building at the rear of the store is nearing completion. Brickwork is due to commence there at the end of the month.
Because of the number of sightseers, W&G decided to use the occasion to make a collection for a Local Charity, hence the Big Head and children in my pictures.
The total cost of the new building is estimated to be £30 million.
