The Birkett Long Charity run.

The 2.5-mile Run4Fun is open to individuals, families, businesses, schools and organisations - essentially everyone!

This year’s ‘Emergency Services’ theme was a great excuse to get in fancy dress and join hundreds of entrants in a run around Colchester Castle Park in Essex. Every penny collected from sponsorship, together with the small entry fee, goes to the Mayor of Colchester's chosen charities.

Run4Fun is suited to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. From budding Olympic champions to those who prefer a stroll around the park – everyone is welcome.THANK YOU to all runners. marshals, spectators, photographers and Birkett Long staff that helped with Run4Fun 2010!
