Castle Park Colchester, Sunshine and Blue Sky greeted the Crowds.
THOUSANDS of people flocked to Colchester's 10th Food and Drink Festival.
Food from around the world, as well as locally sourced produce, was on offer alongside drinks ranging from juice to cider.
An estimated 13,000 people went to the first day of the festival and a similar number on Sunday

Entertainment included the Harwich British Legion Brass Band. The Boudicca Samba Band, Latin American Rhythm, also from Spain,

The Colchester Rose Show
The Colchester Rose Show was Colchester's premier annual event for over 100 years. The event was last seen in the 1980's when it moved from castle Park to By-pass Nurseries. The Colchester Rose and Horticultural Society in partnership with Quinntessential the organizers of the Colchester Food and Drink Festival have now brought the Rose Show home to Castle Park and revived the event.
